For this reason, the measurements of the body and their changes are considered as criteria of healthy life, and their perception by the society and the individual determines the body image. The study tries to reveal the image of a healthy body by evaluating the elements of healthy life from a socio-demographic perspective. Methods: In order to measure healthy life, sociodemographic data, Body Mass Index, Waist Circumference, Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis, eating habits, movement level, sports or exercise habits and some blood values ​​were used in the study. 2773 people who applied to the Healthy Life Centers (SHM) in Muğla province in 2016 were evaluated. The research is a retrospective study. Results: It was determined that the applicants to SHM are at high risk or obese in terms of waist circumference and BMI. Clients walk less than 30 minutes during the day, but remain still for an average of 6 hours. The fact that the family members are obese indicates the presence of similar trends in others. Conclusion: Total fat ratios and decrease in body weights of the clients are the positive contribution of SHMs to individuals.
