Today, children continue to be the victius. The national and international community has taken a number of measures to prevent such violations and continues to take further ones.</p> <p>In this context, the responsibilities of children, their rights, the protection of their rights, the violations of children’s rights, the awareness of children’s rights, the Un Convention on the Rights of the Child of the Child of 1989, and some other international texts are crucial.</p> <p>The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, deals with the rights of the child. According to the convention, those under the age of eighteen are considered children. All children are equal in rights. No discrimination can be made to race, color, gender, language and other situations. The benefit and interest of the child should be respected. States should provide necessary care and protection, if necessary. States Parties shall take all legal, administrative, political and all other measures foreseen in the contract in favor of the child.
