Mobbing, which is a systematic bullying behavior, causes serious problems especially in individuals at the beginning of the working life. In the internship period, which is planned to start the profession with better equipped candidates, the candidates' perceptions of the newly entered organization are also important. These perceptions play a role in developing a perspective that will enable the lawyer to identify with his organization and to express his/her problems in the organization.

In this study, it was aimed to investigate the relationship between candidate lawyers' mobbing perceptions and organizational identification and whistleblowing behaviors. According to the results of the research, it was revealed that the candidate lawyers thought that the courthouse employees and the lawyers with whom they had internships applied mobbing to them. But, in accordance with the literatüre in Turkey; there was no significant relationship between mobbing and whistleblowing and identification.
ER -
